Love Pure and Simple
There is a place that only you and I shall ever know
A place where rainbows always shine, where roses always grow
There is a place that's ours alone, where others may not come
There is a love that's ours forever, love that's found a home
We know not whence that love has come...unbidden to be sure
But we both know that it is good, is precious and is pure
For nothing can besmirch the feelings deep within our hearts
And no one else can fill the longing, felt when we're apart.
And so with all the love we feel we've built our special place
And then the Keeper added colour, fragrance, sound and grace
For also with the beauty came a symphony so rare
That only you and I can hear... none other can compare.
Come to our place that only you and I shall ever know
We'll praise the rainbows, smell the flowers, watch the sunset glow,
And when our day has ended till another dawns anew
We'll end our final moments with a simple, "I love you."
