Just a few items, worthy of your note

                   - to bring you up-to-date with your society activities and plans.

1) TCE v4-10 order stats

As noted in our Oct 22, 2005 letter, the stats were

          - Paid 13 - To be paid 10 — Total - 23

Today, the stats are

          - Paid = 21 – To be paid = 14 — Total = 35 orders

So the bottom line is - an improvement of 12 orders

Our decision then is to extend our final date to receive paid orders to 31 Dec 2006. If we are going to succeed in getting enough pre-paid orders to make this project economically sound, WE WILL NEED ALL YOUR HELP IN TALKING IT UP AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY - LET THE FAMILY AND COUSINS KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON - ENCOURAGE THEM TO ORDER BEFORE THE END OF 2006. At that time we will ask for your review and recommendations (board members), based on current reported stats and our comments.

2) TCE v4-10 production progress - plans - Our collective labours are well within the planned schedule of publication. However, one of the most intense activities in the development of this project is production of software and video, audio scapes elements. To this date we have been assisted by a few cousin volunteers which we have accredited in all productions. Essentially, the work - until now - has been in transitions of data from analog to digital format and editing of same - which is extremely time consuming.

Now with our movement into the final stages of production of these elements, it is essential to commission a BETA Testing Team. These cousins will review, test and recommend corrections and improvements, so that the end product will be the very best quality we can collectively make it. Of course, we are good, but we also need some expert technical support and advice - so we have added a Tech Support group.

So here is the TEAM:-

3) Kathy & Fred - PLANS FOR THE FUTURE

As noted in our Referenced Correspondence above, this will be our last project on behalf of the ACGS inc. I (Fred) see another decade of rather intense activity (taking into account a few post-publication updates to TCE) which will see me arrive at the vicinity of 85. We also requested suggestions of some long term plans for the health of our society - if we don’t plan for it, we will most certainly be less healthy.

To date - taking all the input received into consideration and our own knowledge of the requirements of the position - we have appointed our daughter Karen Cook 203.

She will act as an understudy for the next decade and gradually assume more responsibility - taking over completely in 2016. This will also permit us to gradually lighten our activities on your behalf. Thank you for your comments and suggestions.
