Assessment Assistance Plus is a firm dedicated to providing professional development training as well as consulting services to small businesses and not-for -profit organizations in program evaluation and improvement planning. We also design and conduct program evaluations for our clients and help them learn to use data effectively in developing improvement plans.
Assessment Assistance Plus, an independent consulting firm, has been operated since 1993 by James McTavish Ed.D. Dr. McTavish has a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Administration from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
Dr. McTavish holds memberships in the National Staff Development Council (U.S.) and is a founding member of its affiliate, the Staff Development Council of Ontario. He is also a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society and the American Evaluation Association.
