Video-link Sites

Regional Support Associates on behalf of the Southern Network of Specialized Care is thrilled to be able to provide access to Videoconference training to 19 sites across the Southern Region through our partnership with the Ontario Telemedicine Network (see site list).

Traditionally, we could only connect 4 sites for training purposes, but will now be virtually unlimited. However, connecting 30 Videoconference sites to a workshop has some limitations, so there will be some changes to how registration has worked in the past.

Types of Registration

Videoconference sites that will be included in each workshop will be designated as either interactive or lecture style sites.

As participants send in registrations, the first 8 sites that are requested will be interactive sites. These sites will have the ability to ask questions to the presenter as in usual videoconference workshop style. 

Any remaining sites that request registration in a workshop will be able to participate in a lecture style format, where they can listen in but will not have the opportunity to ask live questions.

Registration Form

Enter the number of people you are registering for each workshop, select the video-link access site from the drop-down list (again, for each workshop you are registering for), and confirm the date you wish to participate.

Then complete the contact information at the bottom of the form and submit your registation on-line.
