Much has been happening in my little corner of the world, so here's an update. December 2007 And, in offshoot news, I've just found out i've been accepted for a juried solo show at National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado for December 2007. More popups, it should be interesting to see a whole show of them. Info about that gallery can be found here. December 2007 - juried solo exhibition at NCAR gallery, Boulder, Colorado. September 2007 i'm participating in a mailart show in France. the work that's going is here, and it's called 'trapdoor', information about the show is here.
June & July 2007 and a little more news, i've been asked to participate in a group of book artists for an exhibition entitled "The Republic of Letters". this work will be exhibited online at http://www.republicofletters.de/ , as well as at Percy Thomson Gallery in Stratford, New Zealand, and the 2007 Festival of Arts in Christchurch, New Zealand. i'm very very flattered to have been asked to participate in this project, and the new bookwork will be put up here on my site as well. June 16-July 14, 2007 - The Republic of Letters, Percy Thomson Gallery, Stratford, NZ July 26-Aug. 12 2007 - Accumulations & Transformations, 2007 Festival of Arts, ____________________Centre of Contemporary Art, Christchurch, NZ April 2007 All 13 pieces made it New Zealand for the 9th Annual International Collage Exhibition and Exchange, and this year, there are 185 participants from around the world, and the show will also be exhibited in Melbourne, Australia at the Gallery in the City Library. The exhibition will have a silent auction as well, and that will be conducted online, as well as in New Zealand through http://virtual.tart.co.nz . The work I will have in the show is here. So, show dates will be as follows: April 2007 - Month long exhibition onsite at tact.org.nz/realtart.htm and http://virtual.tart.co.nz , and Silent Auction on the site. May 2007 - Month long exhibition at The Gallery, City Library, Melbourne, Australia.
