Files are proffered in reverse chronological order. Last updated Sunday, October 26, 2008.

Documents are proffered in Rich Text Format, and therefore are compatible not only with machines running Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Windows (Office, Word, Works, Corel WordPerfect, Lotus, etc.), but also those using open-source word processors such as Open Office and Sun StarOffice on Unix-based platforms such as SCO and Sun Solaris, as well as all flavours of Linux (Red Hat/Fedora, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Canonical Ubuntu, Mandrake/Mandriva, SuSE, Slackware, etc.). You can save these RTF files to your local hard drive, and open them from there with your favourite word processor. Windows users can simply double-click on the file name.

Please note that many of these documents include supplementary materials and expanded content, and therefore may be more extensive than mere summaries of the salient points presented.
