Desorcy Designs started in 1996 by principal artist Jennifer Desorcy. Local artist Carla, joined the company in 1998. Desorcy Designs has enjoyed the success of several large contracts. Including the Children's Critical Care Unit for the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario. Our murals and painting finishes can be found in several popular restaurants and companies. Our largest exterior mural to date, (70 feet by 17 feet) can be seen in the city of St. Thomas.

Desorcy Designs was a feature in the magazine Canadian Homes and Cottages, Issue #3 2001. Making the cover was a local residental exterior mural executed by Jennifer. Several articles have been written by local newspaper, the "London Free Press" on the wonderful talents of Desorcy Designs.

We have been part of London's Home Shows for several years. Our booth displays have won awards. Such as first place for "Outstanding Single Booth Design". The Spring, Fall and Winter shows always generate lots of interest in murals and finishes.

Desorcy Designs has been successful with its growing cliental thru the Home Shows. Jennifer has also given faux finish demonstrations on the main stage. To the right and below, are examples of our Home Show booth displays over the years.

A variety of painting styles allows Desorcy Designs to execute a number of different looks. If there is a particular artist style that you love, we can paint your mural in that manner.

Desorcy Designs also works with local highschools to offer students a co-op education as part of their art studies. One student per semester learns along side us for several hours a week.

Several aspects give each mural and faux finish that one of a kind look. This makes going to work exciting, as there is always something new to paint.

Jennifer and Carla are both proud pet owners. Carla especially loves to paint all types of animals and enjoys the popular requests to incorporate family pets into murals. Above are Carla's pets Iris, Fern & Jazmyn. Jezebel aka "Stink" is Jen's cat.

Jennifer has a definite flare for painting garden scenes, and panoramic vistas of the great outdoors.

Her love for rock climbing, hiking and mountain biking has given her great experiences and brought her to many exciting places in the world. Including trekking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. (pictured here). Past adventures in Costa Rica, Mexico, and several locations in Canada and the US have refreshed Jennifer and given her excellent ideas for painting.
